Review Meeting Presided Over by the Honorable Chief Minister under the Divisional-Level 'Sushasan Tihar' (Good Governance Festival) 2026 Initiative.
During his one-day visit to Bemetara on Sunday, 31 May 2026, Chief Minister Shri Sai addressed a divisional-level review meeting held at the District Panchayat Hall. The meeting witnessed a comprehensive review of various development schemes, public welfare programs, law and order, and administrative operations, conducted in the presence of the Collectors, Superintendents of Police, and senior administrative officials from the districts of Bemetara, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Kabirdham, and Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai. Additionally, the progress of these schemes was assessed through interactions held via video conferencing with officials from other districts across the state. The Chief Minister emphasized that the objective of the State Government is not merely to formulate schemes, but to ensure that their benefits reach the very last person. To achieve this, the administration must become more proactive, sensitive, and result-oriented. He further stated that good governance would be truly meaningful only when the common citizen is not compelled to wander from pillar to post in search of a resolution to their problems.
Under the guidance of District Information Officer Rohit Kumar Chandravanshi and e-District Manager Mahendra Kumar Verma, the NIC and Chips teams provided full technical support for the virtual meeting of the Divisional-Level Sushasan Tihar-2026. Internet connectivity, LED display, and video conferencing were tested, leading to a successful completion of the virtual meeting.
