After successful implementation of MeitY-eSamikSha in Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Shri P.P. Chaudhary, Minister of State for Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has desired to further extend the MeitY-eSamikSha at the level of attached/subordinate offices to make MeitY-eSamikSha more efficient/result oriented and to bring more transparency in the work assigned to the various departments.

In this context, a capacity building program was conducted on 06th December, 2016 for the officials from Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and all its attached/subordinate offices. Session was started with a short description about the  MeitY-eSamikSha by Shri Yogesh Kumar Agarwal, Scientist ‘B’ of the Cabinet Secretariat Informatics Division, followed by audio/visual presentation and the workflow of MeitY-eSamikSha. Training program was attended by more than 50 senior officials from Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology as well as from all its attached/subordinate offices.  After the overview about MeitY-eSamikSha, all the modules of MeitY-eSamikSha were explained in detail. After that Question and Answer session was took place to clear the doubts of the participants.

The session was ended with the vote of thanks by Shri M.R. Anand, Sr. Advisor, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology
