Training Session on Justice-eSamikSha in Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice on 05th December, 2016

eSamikSha, an online Monitoring and Compliance Mechanism has been developed by Cabinet Secretariat Informatics Division, to fast track the compliance of pending action points, proposal, targets, etc. of Various Ministry/Department/Organization/Agency of Govt. of India and Government of States and UTs. The Portal has been designed in such a way that it will enhance efficiency, bring transparency, reduce the need of protracted correspondence and improve the communication between Government to Government (G2G).

With the great success of eSamikSha portal, Shri Rajinder Kashyap, Joint Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law & Justice had desired to host Justice-eSamikSha for the use of their Department.  Justice-eSamikSha monitors the compliance, status for various advisory decision/action points using the categories like, Items Review by Minister, Review by Secretary, etc. Customized Information on Dashboard also presents the statistical view, various correspondences at a glance.

In this context, a training-cum-demonstration session on Justice-eSamikSha Portal was conducted on 05th December, 2016 for the officials of Department of Justice .

The session was started with a short description about the Justice-eSamikSha by Shri Yogesh Kumar Agarwal, Scientist ‘B’ of the Cabinet Secretariat Informatics Division, followed by audio/visual presentation and the workflow of Justice-eSamikSha. Training was attended by more than 20 officials from Department of Justice. During the training all the modules of Justice-eSamikSha were explained in detail. It was also explained that how Justice-eSamikSha will cater their inter-departmental needs.

After the training session the question & answer session took place to resolve the queries of the participants from Department of Justice. The session was ended with vote of thanks.
