During the celebration of 67th Republic day on 26th January 2016, the services of National Informatics Centre, District Centre Sirmaur at Nahan and District Centre, Hamirpur Himachal Pradesh have been lauded.  The Chief Guest Sh. B.B.L. Butail, Hon’ble Speaker Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha and Sh. Mukesh Agnihotri, Hon’ble Minister of Industries, Himachal Pradesh presented the Appreciation Certificate and Memento to the teams.

The NIC Hamirpur has developed and implemented the Hot Dak Tracking System (HDTS) which is a simple form of eFile. The Deputy Commissioner, Hamirpur, Sh. Rohan Chand Thakur has got it implemented and the software is under replication in Governor Secretariat besides other pending requests because of its simple but effective Interface. The letters or PUCs are scanned and monitored through the MIS for their timely disposal.

The Hon’ble Governor of Himachal Pradesh has given a commendation letter to NIC Himachal Pradesh for providing technical support in implementing the Hot Dak System in the Governor Secretariat.

The NIC Sirmaur team has been appreciated for its excellent work done during the year 2015 and especially in the Digital India Week activities for which the District Sirmaur got the 1st position in the State on the Good Governance Day.
