eProcurement Awareness Training Report- Nagaland

 

As part of the Nagaland State eProcurement & Tendering Cell, Government of Nagaland, State Nodal Officer of Nagaland for eProcurement Circular No.NSePC/GEN-1/2014-15 Dated the 26th February 2015 and requests from the Office of the Chief Engineer Power, Office of the Chief Engineer PHED and Office of the Chief Engineer Irrigation & Flood Control, an awareness training on eProcurement and eTendering was delivered to the Departmental Officials in the month of April 2015.

 

All the three Department have invited their Departmental Officers for the Awareness training and Seminar from various level of offices where the Nagaland State eProcurement & Tendering Cell Team members lead by the Joint Secretary (IT&C) & Team Leader along with NIC, IT &C, Works & Housing and the 3 FMPs from the cell conducted the training.

 

The Chief Engineers and Senior Officers of the Departments chaired the training and a good interactive session on the various processes of eProcurement was held. The Presentation was given on the following topics for the Departmental Officials:

  1. Usage of DSC
  2. Tender  Creation, Publishing, Retendering , Corrigendum
  3. Bid Opening
  4. Bid Evaluation
  5. AOC (Award of Contract)
