Three Training Session on On-line Monitoring and Compliance Mechanism (HRD-eSamikSha) at Conference Hall, 1st Floor, Ministry of Human Resource Development

eSamikSha,  an online Monitoring and Compliance Mechanism has been developed  by Cabinet Secretariat Informatics Division,  to fast track the compliance of pending action points, proposal, targets, etc. of Various Ministry/Department/Organization/Agency of Govt. of India and Government of States and UTs. The Portal has been designed in such a way that it will enhance efficiency, bring transparency, reduce the need of protracted correspondence and improve the communication between Government to Government (G2G).

With the great success of eSamiksha portal, Hon’ble Minister of Human Resource Development had desired to host HRD-eSamiksha similar to eSamiksha with minor customization for the use of HRD Ministry. HRD-eSamikSha monitors the compliance status for various categories like VIP References, New Initiatives-School Education, Higher Education, Adult Education, Technical Education, Meeting Follow-Up-Council Meeting, Empowered Meeting, Board of Governors, Executive Committee, Scheme Monitoring, etc. Customized Information Dashboard also presents the statistical view, various correspondences at a glance.

In this context, a three training session on HRD eSamikSha Portal, were  conducted  for all officers of the level Directors, Deputy Secretary and Under Secretary  at Room No 112, Conference Hall, 1st Floor, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi. Training program has been conducted in three different batches a) Directors/DS and equivalent Officers b) Under Secretaries and equivalent Officers and c) Sr. PPS/PPS & PS level Officers.

All the three training sessions have been taken by Smt. Seema Jain, Scientist C, Cabinet Secretariat Informatics Division. Training has been attended by 65 officials of Ministry of Human Resource Development. During the training session all the modules of HRD-eSamikSha have been explained in detail. It has also been explained that how HRD-eSamikSha will cater their inter-departmental needs. The session has been ended with the question & answer session and vote of thanks.
