Intensive Training Programme conducted on Integration of UCF with ICS at IGI Airport

A Four days’ training programme was organized at Indira Gandhi international airport (IGI) airport from 21-07-2014 to 24-07-2014 for all Counter Officers of IGI Delhi under IVFRT-MMP. The objective of above Training programme was to bring awareness and understanding for all Counter Officers on the integration of Unique Case File (UCF) with Immigration Control System (ICS) Application Module. In total 400 Counter Officers attended the programme. At the end of programme, feedbacks from participants were taken for better profiling of foreigners based on Unique Case File.

Sh. Narendra Singh Bundela, Deputy Director (Immigration) inaugurated the event and briefed the counter officers about IVFRT-MMP and Unique case file.

Ms. I.B. Rani, FRRO Delhi stressed counter officers to use Unique Case File for better profiling of foreigners.

Sh. Shambhu Kumar, Senior Systems Analyst, NIC, IVFRT explained details on UCF and also demonstrated the aforesaid process of integration online to all Counter Officers.

Sh. Sanjay Kumar, Scientific Officer, Ms. Poonam Verma, Sh. Manish Gupta, NIC Officers replied all queries of Counter Officers at the end of session on each day of the training programme.

The entire training programme was a great success and efforts of NIC were applauded by all.
