A Training-cum-Sensitisation Programme was conducted on 09-10-2013 at District Police Chief Office, Kannur on C-Form and S-Form under IVFRT-MMP to sensitize the Owners of Hotels, Home stays, Educational Institutions at Kannur under the jurisdiction of District Police Chief (FRO), Kannur. The event was co-ordinated by NIC-IVFRT Kozhikode, Office of District Police Chief and Bureau of Immigration. Around hundred participants had attended the programme.

Sh. Kuberan Namboodhiri, DySP Administration inaugurated the event. During the inaugural speech, DySP Administration stressed the need for registration of foreigner’s online for easy tracking and related activities.

Sh. Jayakumar PC, Senior Systems Analyst from NIC given overview of IVFRT-MMP and its implementation at Kozhikode region and Kannur district. Sh. Raphie P J, Systems Analyst from NIC-IVFRT Cochin and Sh. Rahdakrishnan K. P, Systems Analyst from NIC IVFRT Kozhikode had given detailed training on C-Form user registration as well as online submission of C-Form and S-form by Educational Institutions. Sh. M. Chandran, official from FRRO Kozhikode was present for the whole session to clear the doubts among participants on Visa and Passport related rules and regulations. The training programme was concluded with vote of thanks to all.
