Training programmes fourth in series for FRO Officials and Hoteliers on C-Form Module under IVFRT MMP were conducted at District Collectorate, Udaipur on 08/10/2013 and at Alka Hotel Udaipur on 09/10/2013. The main objective of these programmes was to create awareness among the Hoteliers and FRO officials on IVFRT Modules. C FORM is one of the very important Application Module of IVFRT-MMP which intends online submission of every foreigner’s stay details by Hoteliers for their tracking where as FRO module provides online services like Foreigner Registrations. The trainings were jointly conducted by Hotel Association, Udaipur, FRO Udaipur and NIC-IVFRT team Jaipur.

The training programs were formally inaugurated by Sh. Vikram Singh, FRO, Udaipur and Sh. Jitendra Singh, DIO, NIC, Udaipur. In the inaugural session, they stressed on the need for mandatory requirement of on-line submission of foreigners’ stay details as per the Govt. of India notification and BOI directions. NIC officials demonstrated the web-based work flow on C-Form in detail along with various salient features of these applications.

NIC IVFRT team Sh. Rajeev Arora, SSA and Sh. Mohammed Yaseen Husain, SSA imparted lectures on topics like Overview of IVFRT-MMP, Online registration procedure for C-Form submission and Registration of Hotel/ Dharamshala/ Institute/ Guest House, Application Processing of online services like Foreigners registration and VISA extension etc., Dynamic reports generated on C Form/FRO modules. Sh. Rajendra Singh, Dy. SP, Udaipur interacted with all participants in the feedback session along with NIC officers and answered all questions and clarified doubts. These training programmes were attended by 150 hoteliers and 15 FRO officials. The FRO Udaipur has started receiving C form online and around 150 hoteliers has been registered for online submission of C form so far. The Training Programmes ended successfully with hearty votes of thanks to all.
