Public Service Delivery Management System developed under eDistrict Project by National Informatics Centre, Madhya Pradesh State Centre Bhopal enables  Public Service Delivery through LOK SEVA KENDRA in Madhya Pradesh. This is a Work Flow based eFile System and enables Complete Office Automation. This System provides  public services thorough 332   Lok Seva Kendra (LSKs) spread across the Madhya Pradesh State. These Centres were started in September'2012. So far, 47 Services are being offered through these Centres. About 38 to 40 Thousands Applications are being received daily in these Centres for availing the Services. About 10,000 Offices, processes these Applications through this System. It has won the Skoch Award 2013 under Gold Category.
