Training programme conducted on Form-C module of IVFRT Project at PHQ Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh
A training programme on Form-C Module under IVFRT Project was conducted on 5th July, 2013 at the Police Headquarter, Itanagar for all the Hoteliers of Arunachal Pradesh and officials from Police HQ (SB). The aim of the training was to sensitize Arunachal Pradesh Police officials and Hoteliers about the Mission Mode Project (MMP) of Immigration, Visa, Foreigner’s Registration and Tracking (IVFRT) initiated by Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Govt. of India under National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) and spearheaded by Bureau of Immigration (BoI).
In addition to this, the system requirements, internet connectivity, importance of Form-C Application and access of the application was also discussed with the participants for rolling out Form-C software module in all Hotels of Arunachal. A brief overview of IVFRT project including all the modules like C-FRO, S-Form, PRC, and Centralized Black List was given to all participants to explain the importance of IVFRT project for the national security.
A slide show presentation on Online Hotelier Registration module for getting credentials to access the application, Foreigner Registration Module for doing entry of a foreigner in the online Form-C system when he / she visits to hotel was shown to all participants. It was followed by online demonstration of Form-C on various features like Hotelier Registration, Admin approval, visitor data entry etc. by Sh. Anil Kumar Baheliya, IVFRT State Coordinator, Arunachal Pradesh. Also, there was an interactive session where the queries of all the participants were answered. The entire training programme was very successful.
