One Day Training Programme on eAuction of IMFL OFF Shops held at DRDA Conference Hall, Nayagarh Odisha

A one day Training Programme for bidders of Nayagarh district on  eAuction of IMFL ‘OFF’ Shops was conducted at DRDA Conference Hall, Nayagarh. Shri Ram Narayan Seth, Dy Superintendent of Excise, Nayagarh addressed the participants and explained importance of the project and sought cooperation from the bidders to make the project successful in the district. About 40 participants attended the training programme. He urged the bidders to actively participate in the training programme to extract the full benefit from the NIC experts.

Shri Tapan Prakash Ray, Technical Director, and Shri Nihar Ranjan Biswal, Principal Systems Analyst, NIC Bhubaneswar conducted the training sessions on eAuction system of Govt. of Odisha. Live demonstration was shown to the bidders on online registration to auctionodisha.gov.in portal and online bid submission using Digital Signature Certificate. The team answered various queries of the participants on eAuction process flow, Digital Signature Certificate, Minimum requirements for participating in eAuction, Auction Fee details, EMD details, Solvency certificate, Scanning and uploading of various documents using Digital Signature  etc.

Demonstration was given on how to upload the documents to the portal and how to replace already uploaded documents in the portal before document submission end date. The process of participation  in multiple live auctions using single login id was also demonstrated to the bidders. All the participants appreciated the effort put in by Excise Deptt. and NIC  in imparting such training.
