SubscribeSensitisation programme on e-Auction Process to Bidders & Excise staff of Rayagada Dist. at DRDA Conference Hall on 14/03/13
The “District Level Awareness Programme on e-Auction Process” was conducted on 14-03-2013 at DRDA Conference Hall, Rayagada. The programme was organized jointly by Excise Department and NIC, Rayagada. Shri S. B. Padhi, Collector, Rayagada chaired the programme and Sri Nayak, Excise superintendent, Rayagada welcomed the participants.
At the beginning, Collector, Rayagada explained the new system going to be adopted by the Excise department and briefed the rules and regulations. Technical session was started by Sri P V S S Gangadhar, DIO, NIC, Rayagada who presented over all process of e-Auction system and awareness on DSC. Sri Guna Sekhar Netheti, DIA, NIC, Rayagada presented the process of Bidders Registration, Uploading documents and Live auction participation etc. Question & Answer session was conducted to clarify the doubts of participants.
22 IMFL licensees of Rayagada District along with their representatives and 28 Excise department officials participated in the programme.
