Training Programme on e-Uttar Portal Organized

Raipur, 11 February 2026: A special training programme was organized today at the S-5 Auditorium, Mantralaya (Mahanadi Bhawan), Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur, with the objective of ensuring the smooth and fully digital conduct of the upcoming Budget Session (February–March 2026) of the Sixth Legislative Assembly of Chhattisgarh. The programme was conducted under the joint aegis of the Parliamentary Affairs Department and the National Informatics Centre (NIC), Chhattisgarh.

During the training session, officers from various departments were provided detailed guidance on the use of the Vidhan Sabha e-Uttar Portal. The primary objective of the programme is to facilitate the timely and transparent digital submission of replies to questions raised by the Members of the Legislative Assembly.

The training programme was conducted in the presence of Shri Neelam Toppo, Deputy Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs Department. Shri Satyesh Sharma, Director (IT), and Ms. Jyoti Sharma, Deputy Director (IT), National Informatics Centre (NIC), delivered detailed presentations on the technical workflow of the portal, the procedure for uploading replies online, and measures to ensure adherence to prescribed timelines. The entire programme was conducted under the guidance of Shri T. N. Singh, State Informatics Officer (SIO), NIC Chhattisgarh.
