Chhattisgarh State Government has decided to work through e-office in all the offices of the state government to do paperless and more transparent work. In this sequence, the e-office is being implemented in all the offices of District Balodabazar-Bhatapara under the guidance District Collector and with the technical help of NIC, District Unit.

In this series, one day eOffice orientation cum hands on training about the different operations of e-office was organised by NIC District Centre, Balodabazar (Chhattisgarh) for the employees of Police Department on 18.09.2025. In this training program, all the concerned employees and officers of the police superintendent office and subdivisional police officer offices were involved. Explaining the objectives of e-Office, detailed module wise training of eOffice was imparted. After that the employees were presented with the files of their sections through the e-office and the FILE was resolved through the concerned officials present. Complete training was provided by Shri Satyanarayana Pradhan, Deputy Director (IT) of NIC The district unit Balodabazar. Hands on Training Cooperation was provided by other employees of NIC District Unit.
