APMC Chairman Reviews and Applauds e-Doctor Project Demonstration

The Andhra Pradesh Medical Council (APMC) hosted a successful demonstration of its e-Doctor Project in the presence of Dr. Daggumati Sreehari Rao, the newly appointed Chairman of APMC. The event was led by Shri S. Madhusudhana Rao, Senior Director (IT) and Head of Department at APMC, with support from Dr. Idimadakala Ramesh, Registrar, APMC.
During the demonstration, the Chairman thoroughly reviewed various modules of the e-Doctor application, including:

Good Standing Certificate

No Objection Certificate

Continuing Medical Education (CME) Certification
Dr. Sreehari Rao expressed his satisfaction with the system’s performance, particularly appreciating its user-friendly interface and comprehensive features. He provided valuable feedback and recommended the inclusion of additional modules to further enhance the platform’s capabilities.
In response, Shri Madhusudhana Rao assured full support for the development of these enhancements in collaboration with NIC-APSC and the APMC project team.
The event also saw participation from senior officials including Shri E. Kiran Kumar, Director (IT), NIC-AP, and Shri Vinay Sowpati, Joint Director (IT), NIC, who shared their insights and congratulated the team on the project’s progress.
A notable highlight was the successful integration of a document chain for Final Medical Registration certificates using Blockchain Technology, developed with support from the Centre of Excellence in Blockchain Technology, Bengaluru.
The demonstration showcased APMC commitment to modernizing medical registration and certification services, reinforcing its role in advancing healthcare governance in Andhra Pradesh.
