Under the category “Exemplary Horizontal Transfer of ICT – Based Best Practices” the Integrated Prison Management System - Jharkhand, comprising five services viz. 
· Prison Management System (PMS)
· Visitor’s Management System (VMS)
· VC between Court and Jail
· CCTV for surveillance of Jails
· Computer Training for inmates in the Jails,
which have been successfully implemented in the state, jointly by the Department of Home (Jail) and NIC Jharkhand, was awarded Silver medal at 13th National Conference on e-Governance held  at Jaipur.
