Online Project Monitoring of District Mineral Foundation, Sundargarh (www.dmfsundargarh.nic.in)  was launched today by Sri Jual Oram, Hon’ble Union Cabinet Minister of Tribal Affairs, Government of India  at  Vikash Bhawan, Sundargarh.  While addressing Sri Oram stressed on online system and mobile apps and expressed this project monitoring system will help Administration to monitor and implement projects successfully.  

 

The portal was developed by National Informatics Centre for District Administration to monitor the progress of the projects and its payment. Block Development Officers and Line Department Officers execute various projects under the scheme. Project Director, DRDA creates the projects online and the BDOs and Line Departments enter the details and take the Photo of the projects in four stages pre, start up, mid and final completion of the projects.

The agencies carrying out the projects after tendering  gives their  details and  after bill submitted by them and authenticated by BDOs, PD, DRDA releases the funds to the agencies.   Sri Bhupendra Singh Poonia, IAS, Collector and District Magistrate, Sundargarh gave inaugural address.

 

Dr R. N. Behera, Sr. Technical Director, National Informatics Center, Bhubaneswar explained about the project and demonstration was given by Sri K. Hembram, District Informatics Officer, Sundargarh.    

The function and training programme was organized by Sri S. K. Meena, IAS, P.D., DRDA, Sundargarh. Others present include Sri Mangala Kissan, Hon’ble MLA Rajgangpur, Dr. Prafulla Majhi, Hon’ble MLA Talasara, Sri Jogesh Singh, Hon’ble MLS Sundargarh Sadar, All District level officers, BDOs, Line Departments.
