eOdisha 2014 award to Online Filing of EM I and II

Online Filing of EM-I and II  application has been developed to automate the workflow process of EM-I and II filed by small / medium sectors. The entrepreneur can access the website http://www.memeodisha.gov.in and apply for EM-I or II and upload the relevant documents. The Entire workflow has been computerized in order to provide this service. The EM-I application was made fully functional from 1st april 2013 and EM-II was made operational by 2nd October 2013. Since then entire manual process has been stopped.

 

Till date 11000nos of EM-I and 670 nos of EM-II has been filed. This application was appreciated by DC, MSME and the same is ready to be rolled out for other states too.

 

This application has been awarded with ‘Best G2C service’ in e-Odisha 2014. Secretary MSME received the award in a function on 24th January 2014 from Secretary, IT, Odisha. The application was designed , developed and implemented by Shri  S.K.Bhol , TD , Shri M.K .Das, TD and Mrs S.P.Panda under guidance of Shri S.K.Panda, DDG-cum-SIO, Odisha.
