The ongoing sequence of Awareness Creation & Familiarisation programmes are currently being conducted for C-Form (Foreign Traveller's Hotel stay information on line submission) & S-Form (Students of foreign origin information submission on-line) all over Kerala. On 26/11/2013, one day seminar and training class was conducted in Police Training Centre Dy.SP Office Pathanamthitta. About 30 participants were present most of them home stay and hospitals.

AFRO Sh. Rajan Chenguni started the training programme remembering Mumbai attack as it was the 10th anniversary on that day. He explained the importance of foreigner's tracking and entering C-Form correctly and on time using web related services. He also said in the process the hoteliers, home stay providers are actually becoming part of national security efforts initiated by the government.

After the training programme NIC team met District Chief of Police Sh. P. Vimaladitya IPS and apprised him on the implementation status. He had extended full support for the IVFRT project and said that once new FRO complex is completed, more systems and facilities are expected to be provided.

The participants of workshop included home stay providers, hotel representatives, Ayurveda and Yoga centres of the Pathanamthitta district. The workshop ended with vote of thanks to all.
