Sensitization programme on C-FORM & S-FORM under IVFRT for Hoteliers, Hospitals and Institutions was organized at Conference Hall, Office of the Commissioner of Police, Tirunelveli on 26.10.2013 for hoteliers, hospitals and educational institutions of Tirunelveli District. During the programme, with the instruction of DIG Sh. Sumit Sharan, Sh. M Rajarajan, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Law and order gave away the registration certificate registered online to a foreigner to formally inaugurate the facility of foreigner services in the presence of senior police officers. He advised the foreigners to fill online application to avail the hassle-free quick services like registration, visa extension, exit permit and others. He insisted the necessity of submitting online cFORM and sFORM to track the arrival of foreigners and admission of foreign students in the institutions.

Sh. S Devarajan, District Informatics Officer, NIC Tirunelveli delivered the key note on NIC’s role in development and implementation of national eGovernance projects to the various departments.

The managers/representatives of around 54 hoteliers and 34 institutions were present during the programme.

Under the guidance of Sh. V Suresh, Technical Director & Tamilnadu State IVFRT Coordinator, Sh. S A Vijayakumar, SSA and Sh. S Jothi Sankar, SA demonstrated the online modules C-FORM and S-FORM to the participants.

Hands-on training on cFRO module was also imparted to the officials of FRO Tirunelveli City & Rural. The programme ended with hearty vote of thanks to all.
