Training Programmes conducted on C-Form Module under IVFRT-MMP at Jaipur

A Series of training programmes on C-Form Module under IVFRT-MMP were conducted at Jaipur, Rajasthan. These training programmes were organized at Rajputana Sheraton Hotel, Jaipur on 22nd May 2013, at Om Niwas, Jaipur on 24th May 2013 and at NIC Training Division, Jaipur on 18th July 2013 with the objective to create awareness among the Hoteliers on C-Form Module. C-Form is one of the very important Application Module of IVFRT-MMP which intends online submission of every foreigner’s stay details by Hoteliers. The workshop-cum-training was jointly conducted by Rajasthan Hotel Association and Restaurant Association and FRRO Jaipur. The training program was formally inaugurated by Sh. Praduman Kumar Sharma, FRRO, Jaipur and Sh. Vijay Singh, AFRRO Jaipur. Inaugurating the training programme they explained participants on mandatory requirement of on-line submission of foreigners’ stay details as per the Govt. of India notification and BoI directions. NIC officials demonstrated the web-based C-Form Application Module in detail along with various salient features of the application. Detail steps for obtaining the necessary user-id and password by any hotelier were also shown to the participants. Further, being an authentic user how to use the C-Form module for submitting details of foreign visitors residing in the hotels were also demonstrated.

NIC IVFRT team consisting of Sh. Anil Parashar, Rajasthan State IVFRT Coordinator, Sh. Arvind Kumar Sharma, SSA, Sh. Rajiv Arora, SSA and Sh. Mohammed Yaseen Husain, SSA imparted lectures on topics like Overview of IVFRT-MMP, Online registration procedure for C-Form submission and Registration of Hotel/ Dharamshala/ Institute/ Guest House etc. with concerned FRRO/ FRO, On-line data entry and report generation of foreigners’ stay particulars etc. Various Reports generated by the C-Form module were also explained by the trainers. Sh. Vijay Singh, AFRRO Jaipur along with NIC officers interacted with all participants in the feedback session, answered all questions and clarified doubts. The training programme was ended with hearty vote of thanks to all concerned.
