Haryana:Visit of Andhra Pradesh Revenue Officers Delegation to HALRIS Centre Hisar

A team of three officers from Revenue Department Andhra Pradesh (Sh Chalapati Rao, Regional Director, Kakinanda , Sh P Vittal, Joint Director, Revenue, Smt K Jhansi Rani, Assistant Director, CSO) , visited NIC-Hisar District Centre, e-DISHA, HARIS & HALRIS Centre Hisar  to study the Integration of HARIS & HALRIS and e-DISHA System on July 13th  to 14th , 2011.
This visit was in compliance of the directions issued by the Secretary, Department of Land Resources, Ministry of Rural Development and Government of India to the Commissioner SS&LR Hyderabad (AP) in a meeting held on 05/07/2011 at New Delhi on National Land Record Modernization Programme (NRLMP) to see the methodology/procedure.
The system including the HARIS & HALRIS integration was explained in detail and operating procedure for delivery of the ROR (Records-of-Right) was shown to the team. The process of consignment of Jamabandies & the consigned Jamabandies was also shown. The visiting delegation also took interest in on-line mutation processes, which were explained in detail.
They also witnessed the actual delivery of HARIS & HALRIS services to the public, by spending time at the service delivery window.  The System related inputs were provided by the DIO NIC-Hisar and the Revenue Administrative inputs were provided by the Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar during the visit.
The team also visited e-DISHA centre Hisar, to see the facilitation towards the G2C services, instant SMS and Dynamic Queue Management System (DQMS) etc.
The visiting delegation appreciated the efforts of State Revenue department, District Administration and NIC-Haryana State Unit. The team also had taken the samples of forms, inputs, output etc with them.
