On 22nd January 2026, a Video Conference (VC) was conducted at 3:00 PM, chaired by Shri Dayanand Saha, Deputy Director General (DDG) and State Coordinator for Chhattisgarh. The VC was attended by all concerned officers and officials, who participated actively from Room No. M1-10, Mantralaya.

During the meeting, Shri Dayanand Saha undertook a detailed review of both the technical and administrative functioning of NIC Chhattisgarh. He assessed the current operational status, discussed key challenges, and offered valuable guidance for improving organizational efficiency. He particularly emphasized the need for regular capacity-building and skill-enhancement programmes for officers and staff to strengthen institutional capabilities and improve overall performance.

The VC was coordinated from Chhattisgarh by Shri T. N. Singh, State Informatics Officer (SIO), Chhattisgarh, who briefed the chair on ongoing projects, current initiatives, and proposed future action plans. He also highlighted efforts being made to enhance service delivery and streamline processes in alignment with departmental objectives.

The session concluded with a collective emphasis on strengthening inter-departmental coordination, adopting best practices, and ensuring continuous professional development of personnel to achieve effective, efficient, and citizen-centric service delivery.
