A one-day important training-cum-workshop session on the successful implementation of the eDAR (e-Detailed Accident Report) portal and its forms (Form I to Form X) was organized on 07.11.2025 at 11:00 AM in the conference hall of the Superintendent of Police Office, Balodabazar, under the guidance of Ms. Bhavana Gupta, Superintendent of Police. The main objective of this training was to provide district officers and Investigation Officers (IOs) posted in various police stations with an in-depth understanding of the workflow and operational modules of the national initiative eDAR application, which electronically compiles detailed reports of road accidents, aiming to improve road safety. In this session, from the state level Mr. Arvind Yadav Director (IT) and eDAR Project Coordinator, NIC Chhattisgarh State Unit , Mr. Saransh Shirke, SRM of eDAR Project, and from the district level, Mr. Satyanarayan Pradhan, Joint Director (IT), eDAR Nodal Officer and Deputy Superintendent of Police (Traffic) Mr. Amrit Kujur, DRM Mr. Manoj Mandale, and investigation officers from all police stations in the district were present.
