High Court of Chhattisgarh Launches Auditorium, eOffice, and Virtual Court

The event was graced by the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Mr. Ramesh Sinha (Patron-in-Chief, CSJA), Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Parth Prateem Sahu, Hon’ble Mrs. Justice Rajani Dubey (Chairperson, Committee to Monitor the Functioning of CSJA), Hon’ble Mr. Justice Narendra Kumar Vyas (Chairman, Computerization Committee), along with other esteemed Judges, In-charge Registrar General, Officers of the Registry, Member Secretary and Officers of SALSA, Judicial Officers, staff of CSJA, officers of PWD and BSNL, and senior officials.
The Vivekananda Auditorium, equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities, provides a modern and spacious venue with a seating capacity of around 200 participants.
On this occasion, Hon’ble the Chief Justice Mr. Ramesh Sinha also launched several key projects aimed at strengthening transparency and advancing digital transformation in judicial processes. These include:
1- eOffice
2- Virtual Court (Transport)
3- eCertified Copy for District Courts
Additionally, the newly redesigned Website of the High Court of Chhattisgarh was unveiled, offering enhanced accessibility, user-friendly navigation, and improved digital services for legal professionals, litigants, and the public.
As part of its modernization drive, the High Court premises are now powered with free Wi-Fi connectivity, enabling seamless access to e-filing, digital case files, online hearings, and hybrid court facilities. This initiative marks a significant step towards a paperless, transparent, and technology-enabled judiciary, reaffirming the High Court’s commitment to innovation and efficiency in delivering justice.
The successful rollout of these projects and live streaming of the event were made possible through the technical support provided by the NIC Cell, High Court of Chhattisgarh.
