DG of Odisha Police Shri Abhay, IPS, inaugurated the newly redesigned website of Commissionerate of Police (CP) https://bhubaneswarcuttackpolice.gov.in on 12th, August, 2020 in the conference hall of  the CP office in the presence of Dr. Sudhanshu Sarangi, IPS, Commissioner of Police Bhubaneswar-Cuttack , Sri Sanjay Singh, ACP, Bhubaneswar, Dr. Uma Shankar Dash,  DCP Bhubaneswar.

The new website is developed and hosted with objective to adopt new technology and best practices. ‘How can we help you?’,  Search Box, AI based chat bot, Citizen Services, Crime statistics and Police Station locations are prominently displayed on the website to demonstrate the motto of peoples friendly policy of Commissionerate police.

DG Police elaborated the main features incorporated in the new site. The Responsive site has been developed as per the GIGW guidelines and is made accessible for physically challenged persons.  Commissioner highlighted the integration of social media and Citizen related Services delivery through CCTNS platform in the website.

Among others Sri K.C. Pattnaik, STD, Sri Sambit Kumar Panda, TD & GM NICSI,  PRO of CP   etc. were present in the occasion.

The efforts extended by NIC/NICSI   were well appreciated.
