On 1st Oct’2019 Honourable Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel, Government of Chhattisgarh  inaugurated  the eManeC portal  (http://ceps.cg.gov.in ) in the presence of Shri Kawasi Lakhma Minister Commerce and Industries department, Shri Gaurav Dwivedi Principal Secretary to CM,  Shri Manoj Pingua Principal Secretary,  Department of Commerce and Industries , Shri P. Arun Prasad  MD CSIDC , and  host of other senior officials.  eManeC  portal of Chhattisgarh State has been designed, developed and hosted by NIC Chhattisgarh state centre.   Shri Dilip Kumar Debnath, STD & SIO accompanied by  Shri Ashok Maurya ,TD and Shri Pratik Chandrakar ,SSA from NIC Chhattisgarh State Centre demonstrated the Portal and its functionalities.  Some of  the major highlights of the portal are  -  Uniformity in purchase rate of goods, transparent on-line purchasing process, Promoting local manufacturers and entrepreneurs, Single Window System for Purchase Order and Supply Order and User-friendly interface.
