Two Day training conducted on eProcurement (Central Public Procurement Portal-CPPP) to IRCON, Raipur

Two days training programme on Central Public Procurement Portal was organized on 20.06.2019 & 21.06.2019 at IRCON Raipur for participants from Chhattisgarh Rail Project, CEWRL –Corridor- Gevra-Pendra, Katni Yard Grade Separator Project, Katni Singrauli Doubling Project and IRCON Bilaspur. The session was inaugurated by Shri Mahabal Prasad, CGM/CERL/CGRP, Shri Dilip Kumar Debnath, SIO, Chhattiagarh and Smt. Usha Saxena, Sr. TD and HoD eProcurement, NIC, Head Quarters, New Delhi. During interaction with the participants SIO Shri Dilip Kumar Debnath, stressed on the need for implementing eProcurement in central government departments for transparency and global participation. He ensured complete support of NIC, Chhattisgarh for training and implementation.

 Smt. Usha Saxena, Sr. TD and HoD, e procurement, NIC Hqrs, imparted the training. The participants were introduced to various modules of e procurement system like pre requisites for the procurement, enrolment of the department users/bidders, e-Compliance of Tender Documents, Various Price Bid Templates, Preparation of BOQ (Bill Of Quantity), Creation of Tender/Corrigendum and Publishing of Tenders, Bidder Dashboard, Bid Submission Process, Online Bid Opening (Technical/Financial), Updating of Evaluation Results (Technical/Financial) and Award of Contract.

Two days practical session was also conducted to the participants with live data on some of the above mentioned activities.  

Mr.P.RamaRao, Sr. Technical Director, Mr. Rishi K. Rai, Scientist-B, and Mr. Sanjay Sahu, Programmer, NIC Chhattisgarh State Centre, Raipur coordinated the training and practical sessions.
