On 12th February, 2019 the delegates from 27 countries saw the Working of Paperless H.P. Vidhan Sabha in the House. The delegates met Hon'ble Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh Sh. Jai Ram Thakur and Hon'ble Speaker H.P. Vidhan Sabha Dr. Rajiv Bindal in the main committee hall.

While speaking on the occasion, Hon'ble Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh Sh. Jai Ram Thakur said that Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha is the first ever high-tech paperless Assembly implementing e-Vidhan system and a role model to other State Assemblies to follow this practice. The implementation of e-Constituency Management will prove a pragmatic step towards empowerment of members of legislatures using information technology.

37 delegates from countries Afghanistan, Bolivia, Cuba, Ethiopia, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Lithuania, Mauritius, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Panama, Peru, Senegal, Serbia, Sri Lanka, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Uzbekistan, Zambia, Zimbabwe, were present in the delegation. They appreciated the working of Hi-tech Paperless H.P. Vidhan Sabha and congratulated Speaker H.P. Vidhan Sabha Dr. Rajiv Bindal for implementing e-Vidhan. Sh. Dharmesh Kumar, Sr. Technical Director, NIC gave the presentation on e-Vidhan System.
