The Land Records Management System, a web enabled application software has been developed to maintain up-to-date Record of Rights. It is a transaction based application which interacts with the e-Registration application through web-services. It helps the Mutation Officer (Tehsildar/Addl. Tehsildar) posted at tehsil to initiate a mutation case instantly whenever there is a transaction at Registration office. Digital Signature Certificate / Biometric authentication has been implemented in the application software.

The Land Record Management System of Puri Tahasil was launched by Shri Maheswar Mohanty, Hon’ble Cabinet Minister, Revenue & Disaster Management Department, Govt. of Odisha through Video Conference on 29.12.2017 in the presence of Dr. C. S. Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management Department, Govt. of Odisha , Smt. Pratibha Singh, State Informatics Officer, NIC, Odisha State Centre, Bhubaneswar and other Officers of NIC and Govt. of Odisha.

Tahasildars and other participated in the inauguration ceremony of LRMS of Puri Tahasil at district end through Video Conference.

The LRMS of Satyabadi Tahsil under Puri District was inaugurated by Shri Bibhuti Bhusan Das, ADM, Puri on 12.02.2018 in the presence of Shri Madhusudan Dash, Sub-Collector, Puri, Shri Biswanath Panda, DIO, NIC, Puri, Shri Durga Prasad Jena, ADIO, NIC Puri, Shri Binod Swain, Tahasildar, Satyabadi, addl. Tahasildars and other officials of Satyabadi Tahasil.

The LRMS of Gop under Puri District was inaugurated by Shri Aravind Agrawal, IAS, Collector & DM, Puri on 26.03.2018 in the presence of Shri Bibhuti Bhusan Das, ADM, Puri, Shri Madhusudan Dash, Sub-Collector, Puri, Shri Durga Charan Murmu, Tahasildar, Gop, Addl. Tahasildars and other officials of Gop Tahasil.

The LRMS of Nimapara, Kakatpur, Astaranga, Brahmagiri, Delanga, Pipili, Kanas, Krushna Prasad Tahsils under Puri District was inaugurated by Shri Bibhuti Bhusan Das, ADM, Puri & Shri Madhusudan Dash, Sub-Collector, Puri in the presence of Shri Biswanath Panda, DIO, NIC, Puri, Shri Durga Prasad Jena, ADIO, NIC, Puri, DeGM, Puri, Addl. Programmer, Puri, Tahasildars, Addl. Tahasildars of respective tahasils and other officials of respective Tahasils.
