Schemes Monitoring Information System (SMIS) developed by NIC Mandi was awarded Jury's Choice for Best E-gov Project. SMIS is a web based solution for the whole process of sanctioning the Developmental Schemes under Decentralized Planning. The System provides features right from schemes entry, sanctioning & disbursing of funds, sanctioning of additional funds if required, periodic progress of the ongoing works and entry of utilization & completion certificates.
