Workshop-cum-Launching of C-FRO, C-Form and S-Form module under IVFRT MMP-NeGP at Paradeep, Odisha
In continuation with series of workshops for implementation of IVFRT across the State of Odisha, State Home Department in partnership with NIC organized training cum sensitization program on 15th July for Central Range at coastal port city Paradeep.
A workshop and training on C-FRO, Form-C and Form-S modules was conducted at Hotel Empires, Paradip. The event witnessed participation of hotels, FRO/DIB representatives and District Informatics Officers of NIC from 6 districts namely Jagatsingpur, Jajpur, Khurda, Kendrapada, Nayagarh and Cuttack coming under the purview of IG, Central Range, Cuttack.
While welcoming the participants Shri Bibhuti Bhusan Sahu, DIO, NIC, Jagatsingpur delivered a brief note on IVFRT and its importance in National Security Level. Superintendent of Police and FRO Jagatsinghpur, Shri Satyabrata Bhoi, presided the conference and strongly urged the stakeholders to migrate to the online IVFRT system and make use of the services. The workshop witnessed generation of first online certification through C-FRO module which was handed over to the foreign guest.
Detail presentation and demonstration on this important central Mission Mode Project and it’s various modules like c-fro, c-form and s-form was given by State IVFRT Coordinator Mrs. Sasmeeta Sabat and by Shri Avinash Mishra. Hoteliers present were trained about the Registration systems with completion of few cases during the programme with online spot approval given by FRO, Jagatsingpur.

The entire workshop was highly successful with the support and guidance of Shri S.K Panda, SIO and DDG, NIC, Odisha.
