A workshop was organized at D.S.P Office Kollam on 9th October 2013 by FRRO Thiruvanathapuram. The participants included hoteliers and home stay providers. The function was presided by Sh Jacob ACP (Special Branch). While inaugurating the workshop Sh. Krishnakumar ACP (Kollam City) explained the mandatory requirement of on-line submission of C Form for foreigners as per the Govt. of India notification and BoI directions. NIC IVFRT team consisting of Sh. George Abraham Karinattu and Sh. A. G. Pradeep Singh demonstrated video presentations on IVFRT project. On-line registration procedure for C-Form submission and the approval process of access to the online system. In the post tea session, On-line data entry of C-form and report generation was also explained to the participants with the help of video inputs.

Immigration, Visa, Foreigner’s Registration and Tracking Project (IVFRT) has so far successfully completed implementation at all FRROs (3) and FROs (12) in Kerala State. Awareness Creation & Familiarisation programmes are currently being conducted for C-Form (Online submission of Foreign Traveller's Hotel stay information) & S-Form (Online submission of foreign students’ information) all over Kerala implementation.

The interactive session was handled by Sh. Rajan Chenguni, AFRRO Trivandrum. He cleared the doubts from the Hoteliers and explained the legal aspects of complying and non-complying of the required procedure.
