Multiple Trainings on PRIASoft and National Panchayat Portal

PRIASoft has already been implemented at 55 blocks but with an objective to make the usage of system more efficient, department has decided to organise multiple trainings along with NIC Haryana. Sessions that were organised are:
1. Training has been provided to 225 officials (accountants and data entry operators) of complete state at Haryana Panchayat Bhawan, Chandigarh from 1st June to 17th June.
2. Training has been provided to 07 officials of District Bhiwani at Haryana Panchayat Bhawan, Chandigarh on 23rd May.

The training was accomplished by e-Panchayat team of NIC Haryana who demonstrated the following in detail:
1.Accounting and Financial Management process.
2.Master entry of treasuries, banks and post offices.
3.PIS and salary maintenance of contractual man power of Panchayat Department.
4.Financial Monitoring of schemes like MNREGA, BRGF, 13th Finance and other central and state sponsored panchayat and development schemes.
5.Capturing of Receipt & payment Vouchers and expenditures.

Practical session was also organized for participants for better understanding of concepts and work flow of the application. Interaction session was held in which team has solved the queries of the participants. The participants appreciated the efforts being made by NIC which will make the whole process easier to manage and monitor.
Impact of training was so much that after the completion of training, application has been roll out in 57 more blocks and also at village level (123 villages). Users had stopped entering fictitious data.

1. Trainer’s training on PRIASoft was provided to 20 master trainers for Punjab Government on PRIASoft during June 20-23, 2011.
2. Training on National Panchayat Portal has been provided to 07 officials of District Panchkula at Haryana Panchayat Bhawan, Chandigarh on 24th May.
