Launching of HarSamadhan (Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System of Haryana)
Harsamadhan, a combination of two words Har (Everyone) and Samadhan (Solution), is an endeavor of the Haryana Government for fast Samadhan (Redress) of every kind of citizen’s grievances with a vision of pursuing excellence in e-Governance.
Harsamadhan was launched on 18th June 2010 at Haryana Niwas by the Chief Minister of Haryana Sh. Bhupinder Singh Hooda. While launching the portal http://harsamadhan.gov.in/, he said that redress of residents’ grievances was the priority of the state government and the user-friendly new portal would help residents get their grievances redressed quickly.
The function was attended by Secretary DARPG Sh. R.C.Misra, Joint Secretary Sh. P.K.Jha, Chief Secretary of Haryana Ms. Urvashi Gulati, Principal Secretary & Director Grievances Sh. Shiv Raman Gaur and other senior officers of Haryana, Rajasthan and Punjab.
After the launching of portal, a presentation was given by State Informatics Officer, Haryana Sh. Ghan Shyam Bansal. A grievance was also lodged in the system in front of Hon’ble Chief Minister.
After the presentation, a technical session was also held.
Initially CPGRAMS software was designed and developed by NIC-DARPG (PersInfotech Division) in Technical Collaboration with DARPG, Government of India. For the implementation in Haryana State as Harsamadhan, a team of NIC-Haryana did the detailed study at Grievance Cell, Main Secretariat & at District Panchkula and gave its inputs to NIC-DARPG for the customization of this project. This project is implemented by Government of Haryana in Technical Collaboration with NIC Haryana State Unit.
