Government work in the Dhamtari district is set to go digital soon. To prepare for this shift, officials and employees across Dhamtari district participated in a specialized training session on the E-Office platform on 26th June 2025. Across Chhattisgarh, implementation of the E-Office system is underway in all departments and offices, with district-level onboarding in its final phase.

The E-Office system is being successfully rolled out to make administrative processes more efficient, transparent, and time-bound. In continuation of this initiative, a training session was organized today in the District Collectorate Conference Hall to familiarize officers and staff with the workflow, utility, and technical aspects of the E-Office platform.

Master trainers from the General Administration Department, Mr. Parv Singh Thakur and Mr. Shreyash Thakur, conducted the session and provided in-depth guidance on the E-Office system. They covered key topics including file management, e-noting, e-dispatch, correspondence procedures, digital document tracking, user access control, and workflow processes. Through a live demonstration, they also illustrated how the E-Office system can be effectively used in daily operations.

The training was attended by Additional Collector Ms. Indira Devhari, Joint Collector Mr. Pawan Premi, District Informatics Officer Mr. Amit Kumar Sisodiya, and several other district-level officers and staff.
