Training Conducted on New Features of e-Uttar Portal in Chhattisgarh


In a significant step towards enhancing user experience and operational efficiency, a one-day training session on the updated features of the e-Uttar Portal was held on 23rd June 2025 at the Chhattisgarh Mantralaya, Raipur.
The training aimed to familiarize officials with newly introduced functionalities such as:
1- Department Profile Registration
2- Change Password Feature
3- Forgot Password Recovery Option
The session witnessed active participation from departmental representatives, who appreciated the improvements made to strengthen accessibility, usability, and security.

A live demonstration of the new features was conducted by the e-Governance team, followed by an interactive Q&A session to address queries raised by participants.
The training marked a progressive step in the ongoing evolution of the e-Uttar Portal, reinforcing its role as a key digital platform for managing legislative queries. By integrating robust functionalities and offering user-oriented support, the portal continues to advance the vision of responsive and accountable governance in a digital era.
About e-Uttar Portal
The e-Uttar Portal is a role-based, web-enabled e-Governance platform designed to streamline the submission of replies to questions raised during State Legislative Assembly sessions. Developed under the Government-to-Government (G2G) domain, the portal facilitates seamless coordination among departments, enabling nodal officers to collect and submit responses online through secure login access.
Through this system, officials can manage:
1- Session-related replies
2- Incomplete responses
3- Separate/revised/modification submissions
4- Attention-drawing notices
It caters to the needs of key stakeholders, including the Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Hon’ble MLAs, line departments, commissioners, and district collectors, by ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely information dissemination.
