Inauguration of District website and DM Dashboard of Hojai district, Assam

The district website of Hojai district, Assam with URL and DM Dashboard (ASSAM DARPAN) was inaugurated by Shri Tonmoy Pratim Borgohain, Deputy Commissioner, Hojai on 27.12.2019 in Conference Hall, Deputy Commissioner's Office, Hojai, Assam. The district website was built under ePrastuti, the Standard Website Framework of the Govt of Assam. Additional Deputy Commissioners, Circle Officers, Assistant Commissioners, and other departmental heads were present at the launch event.

In his inaugural speech Deputy Commissioner, said, “The long felt the need for an online interface between people and district has been fulfilled today”.

Deputy Commissioner, Tonmoy Pratim Borgohain appreciated NIC for this initiative and further requested the departmental heads to upload the website content timely from their respective department to make the website more useful and informative.

Coordinating the session Shri Suman Boro, DIA, NIC, Hojai, demonstrated the various features & contents of the website. He also demonstrated and explained about various functionalities of the DM Dashboard portal. Hojai became the 22nd district in Assam to implement the DM Dashboard.
