Launching of IntraGov Haryana Portal in Chief Secretary Office
The IntraGov Haryana Portal with Integrated e-Office Suite of Applications has been successfully launched by Sh. Dharamvir, IAS Chief Secretary Haryana at 12.45 PM, dated on 26th October, 2009.
The IntraGov Haryana Portal is a single point gateway which integrates government transactions and services within Civil Secretariat as well as those between CS Office and Civil Secretariat employees. It provides a single window into the internal operations and services. Its main focus is on implementing an integrated e-Office for G2G and G2E Services for achieving e-Administration in Haryana Civil Secretariat with Security & Standards.

Active Involvement of users during entire phases of Project Life Cycle and addressing issues faced by them was essential.

Capacity Building was taken up in the Haryana Civil Secretariat through training and motivating employees at all levels.

Computer Test has been introduced for promotion of group ‘A’ & ‘B’.

Educational Qualification for group ‘C’ is being changed.

A special cell under the supervision of Chief Secretary was constituted to review the progress of implementation. It comprise of JSGA, JSSE, SIO NIC, TD NIC, US IntraGov.

In-house Data Entry - In order to increase participation of branches, data entry and updation activity was done in-house.

e-Champions - Officials in branches having ICT temper were designated as e-Champions, they were provided with electronic authorization for uploading the information

Employee of the Month - In order to infuse motivation and recognize the employee contribution, a monthly recognition award namely as ‘Employee of the Month was started

Desktop as well as LAN connectivity was provided to each branch of Haryana Civil Secretariat.

External interface were designed and departments were asked to update information directly on portal instead reporting manually.

Monitoring- To consolidate subject wise rules, marathon meetings were conducted with concerned departments

Nine Volumes of Compendia of instructions were published on website so that officials have updated information for their reference
