To implement online services to Foreigners under IVFRT system in Bihar, 3rd workshop was organized at Gaya on 5th March 2016. Sh. Kumar Ravi, IAS, District Magistrate, Gaya along with Smt. Garima Mallick, IPS, Sr. Superintendent of Police/FRO, Gaya, Sh. S.P.Shrivasatava, Assistant Director, BOI, Sh. Rabindra Kumar Singh, Addl. SIO, NIC, Bihar inaugurated the workshop with Sh. S.K.Shrivasatav, Technical Director, Sh.  Randhir Kumar, Immigration Officer from FRRO Kolkata and Sh. Rajiv Ranjan, IVFRT Coordinator, Bihar and officials from FRO, BOI and NIC. Hotel and Education Institutions representative also participated.

Sh. Kumar Ravi, IAS, District Magistrate, Gaya addressed the participants and stressed on the importance of capturing online data under the envisaged IVFRT system to facilitate legitimate travellers and enhance security measures. He also emphasized to increase coverage by bringing all transactions captured through C-Form or S-Form and implementing cFRO in completeness.  Sr. SP, Gaya also addressed the participants and emphasized to improve tracking by increasing coverage of foreigners under IVFRT system.

This is regarding implementing the application software e.g.  C-FRO (Foreigners Registration in FRO),   C-FORM (Foreigners info capture at Accommodation) and S-FORM (Foreigners Info capture at Educational Institutes), that in technical session participants from FRO side of Patna Zone and participating District Informatics Officers and representative of Hotels and Educational Institute interacted with Sh. Randhir Kumar, Immigration Officer, O/o FRRO, Kolkata and Sh. Rajiv Ranjan, Project Coordinator to address their issues.

Sh. Rabindra Kumar Singh, ASIO (State Hq) and Sh. S K Shrivastava, Technical Director also addressed the participants.

Earlier, Sh. S N Behera, DIO, Gaya welcomed District Magistrate and Sh. Tarun Kumar Sinha, ADIO, Gaya welcomed Sr. SP, Gaya.  Sh. Prabhat Saurav and NIC Support team provided necessary coordination and ICT facility for the workshop.
