On the 5th January’ 2015, Mr. Prem Prakash Pandey, Revenue minister, Govt. Of Chhattisgarh has launched the “Chhattisgarh eGazette” website making published State gazettes accessible online. Open to all, the website http://cg.nic.in/egazette lists latest five uploaded Gazettes each in the “Ordinary” and “Extra-Ordinary” categories in its home page and allows displaying the selected Gazette and printing it. Besides, there is a facility to search for desired Gazette based on parameters such as period of publication, department and Gazette number. The published Gazettes can directly be uploaded by the Govt. Press through a separate login based module provided for the purpose. The minister congratulated NIC for providing this much needed facility reducing the delay in reaching the published Gazettes to the departments and public. The persons needing Gazette or any part of it can directly search and print it from the website without going through time consuming procedure approaching  Government press or the Revenue department. Mr. K.R.Pisda, Secretary (Revenue), Mr. M.K.Mishra, SIO, NIC Chhattisgarh accompanied by  Mr. Y.V.Shreenivas Rao, TD and Mr. Amit Kumar Dewangan, SA and other officials of Government Press and Revenue department were present at the occasion.
