Haryana: Workshop on C-Form Module & S-Form Module under IVFRT MMP at Gurgaon

Implementation of the C-FRO, C-Form and S-Form Modules under the Immigration, Visa, Foreigners Registration & Tracking (IVFRT) Mission Mode Project is under progress at pilot locations (Gurgaon & Faridabad) of Haryana as per the directives of the Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs (Foreigners Division), New Delhi. In this connection Gurgaon Police in collaboration with NIC organized a second training cum sensitization program on C-Form & S-Form (IVFRT) on 14th December 2013 at Hotel Lemon Tree Premier, Sector 29 Gurgaon to familiarize executives of Hotels in the city with the online registration system.

This One day Workshop for C-Form (Hotel Arrival Report of Foreigner) Module & S-Form (Foreign Students Information System) Module under IVFRT MMP was organized under the able supervision of Shri Maheshwar Dayal, IPS, Joint Commissioner of Police and Police officers from Foreigners Registration Office, Gurgaon.  This workshop was attended by around 70 representatives of various hotels, Dharmashalas , Hospitals and Educational Institutions of the city,who were imparted practical training of C-Form & S-Form Module by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) Haryana  State Coordinator of IVFRT Project Shri Pankaj Kumar Agarwal,PSA assisted by Sh Rakesh Sharma,SA Uttranchal IVFRT Coordinator. Also present were Smt Anjali Dhingra, DIO and Shri Vibhu Kapoor, ADIO, NIC, Gurgaon and other officials of FRO, Gurgaon.

In keynote address, Shri Maheswar Dayal, IPS, stressed on the importance of the IVFRT system and submission of C-Form & S-Form to the hoteliers/Educational Institutes. He stressed that as per the guidelines of Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, it is mandatory for all the hoteliers to get registered into the C-Form system and submit the same online. He directed the participating hoteliers to register and use the new online C-Form submission system at the earliest. Subsequently Sh Pankaj Agarwal, gave a brief introduction to the IVFRT project and the relevance of C-Form & S-Form module in the same followed by a detailed presentation and practical demonstration of the module to all the participants by Sh Pankaj Agarwal/Sh Rakesh Sharma.

The managers/representatives of around 50 hoteliers and 10 institutions/Hospitals were present during the programme.

This implementation has been made successful with inputs, guidance and active support from the Central IVFRT Team headed by Dr. B.N.Shetty, DDG, NIC, Dr R K Mishra,TD Project Head and State-level support from Shri G S Bansal, DDG & State Informatics Officer, NIC Haryana State Centre.
