The sensitization program on C-FORM for owners of different Hotels and Home Stays was conducted on 25th Nov 2013 at Hotel Bluelily, Puri, Odisha. Around 50 representatives from different accommodation providers to foreigners actively participated in the program.  Shri Anup Kumar Sahu, IPS, FRO, Puri, while inaugurating the program, stressed upon the scope and importance of the project. He insisted the participants to switch to the online system with immediate effect.

The objective of this program was to create awareness among FRO officials and accommodation provider to foreigners about the Mission Mode Project, Immigration Visa Foreigners’ Registration and Tracking (IVFRT) and the online C-form for submitting foreigners’ data at FRO office with 24 hours of their arrival in the accommodating place.

Detail presentation and technical session were handled by Shri Dilip Kumar Jena, TD, NIC and Mrs. Sasmeeta Sabat, NIC- IVFRT State Coordinator for Odisha. All coordination work with FRO officials were managed by Shri. Biswa Nath Panda, DIO, Puri district for arranging the program. The whole program was conducted under the guidance and support of Shri S. K. Panda, DDG & SIO, Odisha State Unit, Bhubaneswar.

After the presentation, FRO Puri inaugurated the online system by approving the registration of Hotel Bluelily on the spot for submitting the C-Form.
