3. Employees State Insurance Directorate (Medical), Delhi

Employee State Insurance is a comprehensive Social Security Scheme formulated to protect the organized sector employees from the critical events like sickness, maternity, temporary or permanent disablement and death caused by employment injuries. It also aims to provide medical care to the insured employees and their families. The Medical Scheme in Delhi is being administered by the ESIC by a separate Directorate administered by Director (Medical) Delhi. In NCR, Primary & Secondary medical care is dispensed through 32 dispensaries along with 04 dispensaries in Noida & 04 Hospitals in Delhi along with 01 hospital in Noida.

The website has been conscientiously designed using a harmonious mix of colours.  A comprehensive Search Map ensures quick and easy navigation between the pages. The website is available in both Hindi and English languages.

In terms of content, the website is laden with up-to-date information. The header region of the website features content related to mission and vision of Directorate (Medical) Delhi, list of dispensaries and chemist affiliated with the scheme, list of tie up hospitals, Citizen Charter, RTI, Tender Notices, Circulars, Photo Gallery and more. The most recent advertisements/ notices are featured on the top of header in the form of a ticker. Information related to other benefits and important links are featured on the right hand side of the website.

Users can submit their grievances through a dedicated Grievances page. The website seems to be compatible with all major browsers.
