C-Form sensitization programme was held on 22nd July 2013 at DC Office conference hall, Leh, Ladakh. Members of hoteliers association, FRO Staff and NIC participated in the programme. C-FRO rollout was done in FRO Leh office on 18th July 2013.  

Sh. Abdul Khaliq, DSP, FRO Leh presided over the programme. He emphasized the importance of submission of C-Form by the hotels, guest houses and other institutions. He directed the members of hoteliers’ association to start the procedure of online C-Form submission and to inform all the hotels/ guest houses and other institutions to do the same.

Sh. Jamyang Namgial, Technical Director and DIO Leh, NIC briefed the members about the IVFRT project, Foreigners Act regarding C-Form submission and the technical requirements for online submission of C-Form.

Sh. Tahir Mahajan, SSA and Coordinator of IVFRT project NIC gave a detailed online demonstration on the hotel registration, C-Form data submission and online C-FRO registration.   

At the end of the session queries raised by members of hoteliers association were replied to by officials from NIC and FRO. The sensitization programme ended with hearty vote of thanks to all.
