This is an endeavor by OPSC in collaboration with National Informatics Centre (NIC) to enhance transparency and accountability in the recruitment system. The new CSMS system will upgrade the existing application management system and will provide a platform to link all the stake holders like candidates, Govt. Departments, advertisement management, receiving online applications from job aspirants, scrutiny of received applications, online question bank management, examination centres and  logistics management, evaluation management including enrollment and selection of examiners, assessment of answer scripts, online document verification, and publication of Merit & Select Lists and recommending successful candidates to the Requisitioning/Appointing Departments for appointment.
