In a concerted effort to modernize election logistics, NIC Jharkhand, in collaboration with the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Office Jharkhand, recently hosted a training programme on the Vehicle Management System (VMS), also known as Sugam. VMS offers a comprehensive suite of functionalities tailored to manage vehicles during elections efficiently.
