Bihar Launches ‘Sahyog Portal’ & Helpline 1100 for Citizen Grievance Redressal Hon’ble Chief Minister of Bihar Shri Samrat Choudhary launching the Sahyog Portal and Helpline Number 1100 across the state

Hon’ble Chief Minister of Bihar Shri Samrat Choudhary launched the Sahyog Portal and Helpline Number 1100 to facilitate effective and timely resolution of grievances related to Sahyog Camps across the state. The initiative marks a significant step towards strengthening transparency, accountability, and citizen-centric governance.

Developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) for the Government of Bihar, the Sahyog Portal is a real-time monitoring system designed as a centralized digital platform for grievance registration, tracking, and resolution. The portal aims to ensure timely, transparent, and accountable redressal of public grievances while enabling efficient monitoring by the administration.

Through the portal, citizens can lodge grievances online, track the status of their complaints, send reminders for pending cases, and share feedback on the resolution provided. The newly launched Helpline 1100 further enhances accessibility by offering citizens a convenient channel to seek assistance and register their concerns.

The portal’s real-time monitoring capabilities enable authorities to closely track grievance resolution processes, ensuring prompt action and improved accountability. By digitizing the entire workflow, the system enhances administrative efficiency and provides greater transparency in public service delivery.

The launch of the Sahyog Portal reflects the Government of Bihar’s commitment to leveraging technology for responsive governance and improved citizen services. The NIC-developed platform is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening the state’s grievance redressal mechanism and fostering greater trust between citizens and the administration.
