The APSTS Mobile App is a citizen-centric digital platform developed to provide convenient and seamless access to public transport services across the state. Developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) in collaboration with Arunachal Pradesh State Transport Services (APSTS), the application enables travelers to access a range of transport-related services anytime and from anywhere.
The app allows users to search bus routes, check schedules, and book tickets online through an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Travelers can also cancel tickets electronically, eliminating the need to visit booking counters and making the ticketing process more efficient. To support secure and hassle-free transactions, the platform integrates wallet-based payments and payment gateway services.
Beyond ticketing, the application offers several value-added features aimed at improving passenger convenience and safety. These include a journey alert mechanism that enables passengers to raise alerts during travel, as well as an integrated grievance redressal system for reporting issues and seeking timely resolution.
By digitizing transport services, the APSTS Mobile App enhances accessibility, transparency, operational efficiency, and overall passenger experience across Arunachal Pradesh.
